Hybrid Packaging

Is a combination of Packaging substrates with Flexible and Rigid materials to create a very Custom looking Packaging Design. Many different materials can be used to achieve this including Foam inserts, Corrugated with Litho Laminated Outer Box, Full graphic Chipboard sleeves or bands on the exterior of the box and can be combined with a variety of special coatings and embossing. Hybrid Packaging is not only for aesthetics but also protects and can display products in an organized fashion. For example, an iPhone box will consist of the outer rigid box with a soft touch or matte finish Coating along with an interior therm form tray as well as a thin chipboard fold up sleeve containing instructions and a soft ether foam protector glued at the top of the lid.
